STEWART, Thomas "Tommy" A. II - 33

 

Thomas "Tommy" A. Stewart II, age 33, of Lafayette died at his
residence on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at 12:03pm.  He was
born in Lafayette, IN on December 7, 1977 to Thomas A. Stewart of
Bon Aqua, TN and Kathy (Crouch) Klepinger (husband: Tom) of
Lafayette, who
survive.         

He formerly worked at Ice Cream Specialties, and formerly
attended Apostolic Faith Assembly.  He enjoyed playing guitar,
drawing, bowling, and spending time with his family. 

He was a loving and dedicated father of two daughters; Sierra
Lashea Stewart and Katelynn Faith Ann Stewart both of
Lafayette.  Also surviving are 4 brothers, five sisters, his
paternal grandmother; Shirley Haeberle of West Lafayette, paternal
grandfather; Bobbie Dean Stewart of Dell City, OK, maternal great
grandmother; Eva Adams of Lafayette, and several aunts, uncles and
cousins.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; Kathleen
Davis & Charles Crouch Sr., paternal grandfather; Donald
Haeberle, and special uncles; Gary Stewart and Victor Summers.

Visitation will be at Simplicity Funeral Care (1608 Schuyler
Avenue, Lafayette, IN) on Monday, October 31, 2011 at 9:30am, with
the Service starting at 10:00am with Rev. Ernie Elder
officiating.  Memorial contributions can be made to the family
in care of Kathy Klepinger to help with final expenses.
